The Turner Golden Bears hosted Shawnee Heights and DeSoto High for a wrestling Tri-Dual. The Golden Bears started the night with a tough loss to Shawnee Heights. Then bounced back to secure a win against Desoto. The Golden Bears won all 7 matches they wrestled against DeSoto and had 5 pins!

The Turner Golden Bears Boy’s Varsity Wrestling wrestled very tough today at the United Kansas Conference Championship. We finished the tournament in 3rd place as a team with 144.5 points. Congratulations to Arianna Ortiz for being Turner High School’s very first Girl’s State Qualifier! Arianna went 3-2 this weekend and took 4th place at the Girl’s East Regional.
